NOW HIRING: CDL DRIVERS (TEMP-TO-HIRE)
Location: Columbus, GA

Labor Finders of Columbus, GA is currently seeking qualified CDL Drivers for temp-to-hire opportunities with local and regional employers. This position offers steady work, competitive pay, and the opportunity to transition into a full-time, permanent role based on performance and client needs.
Job DescriptionAs a CDL Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of materials, equipment, or products to designated locations. Assignments may include local or regional routes depending on the client.
Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate commercial motor vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Load, secure, transport, and unload cargo as required
Maintain accurate logs, paperwork, and delivery records
Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customers
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Valid CDL Class A license (endorsements a plus, depending on assignment)
Current DOT medical card
Clean or acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Ability to pass drug screen and background check
Reliable transportation to and from work
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to lift, push, or pull materials as required by the assignment
Varies by assignment (weekday and/or weekend opportunities available)
Day shift and early morning start times common
Overtime may be available depending on client needs
