Physical Therapist needed in Houlton, ME

- The pay range for this position is $65,000 - $98,000 – Based on years of experience \n
- Fiscal year bonus based on productivity \n
- Health Insurance Employers Pays: (1st day of the month following 60 days) \n
- 80% for Employee \n
- 50% for Employee & Spouse or Employee & Children \n
- 40% for Family Plan \n
- Dental Insurance / Vision Insurance \n
- Dental benefit at dental center for employee and family with no premiums \n
- Life Insurance at 2x annual salary \n
- Retirement Package – 401(K) with 3% Match (After one year of employment) \n
- Student loan repayment through the NHSC \n
- 120 hours of paid vacation \n
- Additional accrued PTO up to 88 hours each year \n
- 10 paid holidays \n
- CME Time Off – 40 hours of time toward and $1,500 annually \n
- Professional liability insurance through FTCA at no cost to employee \n

Responsibilities
- \n
- Monday – Friday \n
- 100% outpatient \n
- Full Support Staff \n
- Restoring patient’s function, alleviating pain, and preventing disabilities \n
- Will assume a leadership role in rehab, prevention, health maintenance, and programs that promote health, wellness, and fitness along with developing standards for the physical therapist practice \n
Requirements
- \n
- Graduate of a 4 year accredited program of physical therapy and 2 years of experience OR Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy \n
- Clear and active license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maine \n
