Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $65,000 - $98,000 – Based on years of experience
\n
• Fiscal year bonus based on productivity
\n
• Health Insurance Employers Pays: (1st day of the month following 60 days)
\n
\n
• 80% for Employee
\n
• 50% for Employee & Spouse or Employee & Children
\n
• 40% for Family Plan
\n
\n
• Dental Insurance / Vision Insurance

• Dental benefit at dental center for employee and family with no premiums

• Life Insurance at 2x annual salary

• Retirement Package – 401(K) with 3% Match (After one year of employment)

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Monday – Friday
\n
• 100% outpatient
\n
• Full Support Staff
\n
• Restoring patient’s function, alleviating pain, and preventing disabilities
\n
• Will assume a leadership role in rehab, prevention, health maintenance, and programs that promote health, wellness, and fitness along with developing standards for the physical therapist practice
\n

Requirements

\n

\n
• Graduate of a 4 year accredited program of physical therapy and 2 years of experience OR Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
\n
• Clear and active license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maine
\n
