Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• Proven clinical experience in a Cath Lab setting
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-acuity environment
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pre, intra, and post-procedure nursing care for cath lab patients
• Monitor patients' responses to procedures, medications, and interventions, promptly reporting and responding to changes in condition
• Collaborate closely with physicians, technologists, and other nursing staff to support patient safety and best outcomes
• Maintain proficiency in the use of specialized Cath Lab equipment and technology
• Adhere to all evidence-based protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements
• Ensure thorough and timely documentation in patient records
• Participate in patient and family education regarding procedures, recovery, and ongoing care
