1st shift Warehouse Dispatcher needed in Bethlehem, PA!

PeopleShare is partnered with a leading manufacturing company in Bethlehem on their search for a Warehouse Dispatcher. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Warehouse Dispatcher Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday 7am-4:30pm

• Pay Rate: $17.60-22/hour

• Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

• Location: Bethlehem, PA

Warehouse Dispatcher Responsibilities:

• Manage and route deliveries from the Customer Center (CC) to customers, including return of used equipment

• Efficiently create truck routes to optimize workload and minimize costs

• Coordinate with Sales and Order Processing to ensure accurate delivery documentation and scheduling

• Use Excel to run and interpret reports; ensure all documents are signed and stored appropriately

• Utilize systems including Oracle, Descartes, and Kofax (experience preferred)

• Update delivery systems (40%), Oracle updates and email notifications (10%), create routes/trip sheets (15%), and provide customer service (35%)

• Print bills of lading and confirm shipments in Oracle on delivery days

• Communicate ETAs, delivery notifications, and schedule changes to marketplaces and stakeholders

• Schedule/reschedule deliveries when changes arise; communicate effectively with 3rd party carriers

• Provide backup support to Senior Dispatcher as needed

• Handle service call placement and time frame authorizations

• Perform general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in dispatching, truck routing, or logistics coordination

• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate with internal and external parties

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; ability to manage multiple spreadsheets and email correspondence

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with Oracle, Descartes, and/or Kofax is a strong plus

• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently
