Lathe Operator Full Time Arlington, TX, US 3 days ago Requisition ID: 1037 Salary Range: $20.50 To $23.25 Hourly Lathe Operator JM Fabrication Company LLC – Arlington, TX Role Overview JM Fab is seeking a Lathe Operator to produce precision turned components for aerospace and defense customers to drawing and quality requirements. Responsibilities Set up and run lathe operations per traveler and drawing. Hold tight tolerances on diameters, threads, bores, and finishes. Inspect parts with micrometers, bore gauges, thread gauges, and indicators. Complete in-process inspection and traveler documentation. Maintain tooling and equipment and keep the work area clean. Escalate dimensional or setup issues promptly. Qualifications 2+ years of lathe experience in a precision machine shop (preferred). Ability to read blueprints and GD&T. Proficiency with precision measuring instruments. Aerospace or defense experience (preferred). Physical Requirements Stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs; perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
