Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to our residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report changes in the resident's condition to the nursing staff

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services

• Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork, respect, and compassion in all interactions with residents, families, and coworkers
