As an Allstate Insurance Sales Representative, youll become part of a high-performing, supportive team dedicated to delivering top-tier service and helping individuals and families protect what matters most.

First-year total compensation typically ranges from $60,000$80,000, with our top performers earning over $100,000 annually.

Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs.
Present and explain insurance policies and coverage options clearly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Process applications and manage policy details accurately.
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement.
Collaborate with the team to share best practices and insights.
Requirements
Sales experience, preferably in insurance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong desire to help people protect their assets
Intrinsically driven to be successful
Comfortable working in an office environment
Ability to obtain necessary insurance licenses
Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems
Commitment to personal and professional growth
Professional phone etiquette
Proactive team player
