Project Manager

HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self‑motivated Project Manager or Program Manager responsible for managing projects following Agile methodologies. This role involves overseeing project deliverables, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. The Project Manager or Program Manager will also act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring the team follows Agile practices and principles. Must Have Experience: Experienced Project Manager or Program Manager who has experience in managing Life Hub, Development, Agile projects, Project Teams, Process Improvements, Define Project & Scope of project, Process Improvements, Manage Stakeholders expectations, Manage Risk and provide solutions, Manage Scrum Teams & Ensure all projects managing run smoothly and on time. Experienced Project Manager or Program manager with at least 10 to 15 years of experience 5 years experience with at least being a Project Manager or Program Manager Experienced Project Manager or Program Manager 60% Functional & 30% technical need to be able to manage technical teams step in when needed to guide Technical teams to ensure timelines are met. Experience within Insurance environment/company would be a nice to have Experience with Java would be a nice to have Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage project teams in the successful execution of projects using agile methodologies. Act as a scrum master, facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Implement change management processes to address any scope changes or project deviations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices within the project team. Report project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management. Skill Requirement: Proficient in agile methodologies and experienced in acting as a scrum master. Solid understanding of project management and change management principles. Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide project teams towards successful project delivery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members effectively. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Problem‑solving skills to address project challenges and ensure project objectives are met. Compensation and Benefits A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
