Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and service standards.
• Coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are pristine and welcoming.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to support seamless operations.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, addressing any issues promptly.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork among staff.
• Train and mentor team members, providing constructive feedback and opportunities for professional growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and address any special requests or concerns efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of housekeeping or hospitality experience, with prior supervisory work preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organization, time management, and communication skills.
• Physical Ability: Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs during shifts.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
