This position is based in a modern hospital environment that supports high-quality patient care and advanced imaging services. The radiology department is designed to provide efficient, patient-centered workflows with contemporary CT equipment, digital imaging, and integrated electronic medical records. CT technologists are supported by an interdisciplinary team of radiologists, nurses, and support staff who value communication, safety, and continuous improvement. The work environment emphasizes collaboration, ongoing education, and adherence to best-practice imaging and radiation safety standards. As a CT Technologist in this role, you can expect to perform a wide range of CT examinations, including routine outpatient studies, inpatient imaging, and emergent exams from the emergency department. Typical day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing imaging orders for appropriateness, verifying patient identity and clinical history, preparing and positioning patients for exams, establishing IV access and administering IV contrast per protocol, and performing high-quality CT scans tailored to the clinical question.
