Open Enrollment Customer Service Representative

We are seeking empathetic, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our team for the upcoming Open Enrollment season. In this role, you will serve as a dedicated guide for members—helping them navigate plan options, compare coverage details, and meet key enrollment deadlines.

salary: $19.5 - $20 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Guide Medicare and Medicaid members step-by-step through signing up for coverage, switching plans, or updating dependent information.

• Help members compare plan features, understand coverage options, and meet critical enrollment deadlines.

• Provide clear, friendly, and accurate assistance over the phone to reduce stress and simplify the enrollment process.

• Maintain complete and accurate records of member interactions and account updates in compliance with industry guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: MUST have previous experience working with Medicare and/or Medicaid health plans.

• Residency: Must currently reside in one of the following states: AL, FL, GA, LA, MS, NC, OH, OK, SC, TX, or VA.

• Communication:  verbal communication skills with an empathetic, patient, and helpful demeanor.

• Technical Skills: Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems, databases, and remote call center tools.

• Workplace: A quiet, dedicated home office space with reliable high-speed internet.
