Salary: $130-135K + bonus annually


Our client, a continued growth based non-profit, is currently seeking a Controller to join their team.

About the Controller role

• Full oversight of all accounting functions including supervising the team (general ledger, AP,AR, payroll)
• The Controller will be involved in internal controls, compliance and audit including continuous improvement.
• Prepare and review financial statements, leading the monthly/quarterly/annual financial close.
• Cash flow management - monitor cash flow and liquidity. Develop financial dashboards.
• Special projects (such as working with banking partners)
• Assist with annual budget
• Analysis, reporting, tax filings and working with external audit at year end.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications of the Controller

• BS Accounting, CPA is a plus.
• Experience with non-profit accounting
