Commercial Facilities Technician

AB Facility Services is seeking a hands-on Commercial Facilities Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across commercial properties. This role involves HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance while ensuring facilities operate safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience working in commercial environments. Travel between client sites may be required.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform HVAC maintenance and repairs
  • Complete preventative maintenance and service requests
  • Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
  • Travel between assigned client locations
  • Maintain professional customer service and accurate documentation

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of commercial maintenance or HVAC experience
  • HVAC Certification required
  • Basic plumbing and electrical experience
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently

Ideal Background: Facilities Technician, HVAC Technician, Building Engineer, Route Technician, or experience with CBRE, JLL, ABM, Cushman & Wakefield, EMCOR, or similar commercial facilities organizations.
