Bilingual School-Based Family Support Navigator

Good Shepherd Services, Ltd in the Bronx is seeking a School Outreach & Family Support Coordinator to provide counseling and case management to families connected with PS/MS15, PS291, PS246 or those in nearby communities.
You will assess children and families, deliver services, support school partnerships, and facilitate Triple P groups, under the Assistant Director.
The role requires coordination, reports, and on-site presence with flexible hours including mornings and evenings.
