Business Systems Analyst

Job Overview Responsible for oversight and execution of the Treasury Services Incident Management program, including the analysis, design, and implementation of incident management processes and systems within the organization. Responsibilities Analyze and assess incident management processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Design, develop, and implement incident management systems and tools to streamline incident resolution procedures. Assist in defining and documenting incident management procedures, including escalation paths, response times, and resolution criteria. Assist departments with developing business case justification for new or enhanced application software. Develop concise system requirements and use cases to support new or enhanced business functionality. Assist with functional testing and/or quality assurance testing during the development cycle. Provide training and documentation to stakeholders during all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle. Provide effective and timely communication to all levels of the organization and project stakeholders. Provide analytical support through review of various data sources, make recommendations, and prepare periodic reports. Schedule and facilitate meetings as required. Coach and mentor other business analysts. Perform other duties as assigned or requested. Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of professional work experience, or Associate’s Degree with 5+ years of professional work experience. Knowledge & Skills Knowledge of regulations, procedures, and practices of a specific discipline. Experience in requirements gathering, process modeling, and system design. In-depth knowledge of incident management frameworks and best practices. Proficiency in incident management tools and systems such as ServiceNow, Everbridge, or Jira. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Ability to perform complex independent research. SAP Business Objects preferred. Salary Expected starting salary range: $81,600 – $112,200 annually. Benefits The Cleveland Fed offers benefits to support overall health and financial security.
