Work Environment

This is a remote telehealth position that enables our therapists to work from the comfort of their own space while maintaining a professional and productive atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs, accurately diagnosing conditions to inform treatment plans.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that employ evidence-based modalities, ensuring that therapy is tailored to the complexity of each client's situation.
  • Engage in regular therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, or solution-focused therapy based on client needs.
  • Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, continuously monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Provide teletherapy services to facilitate access for clients facing barriers to in-person visits, ensuring a seamless experience through platform tools and resources.
  • Maintain precise documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes, adhering to legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
  • Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

  • Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to handle multiple client appointments efficiently.

Preferred Experience

  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing mental health counseling.
  • Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy best practices is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

Our therapists enjoy a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to financial compensation, we offer a supportive and collaborative work environment that includes:
