We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Microsoft Power Platform to lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, with a strong track record of delivering scalable business solutions. Key Responsibilities Act as the Power Platform SME, providing technical leadership and best practice guidance across teams. Design, develop, and implement solutions using: Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps) Power Automate (Cloud flows, Desktop flows, integrations) Power BI (data modeling, dashboards, reports, and analytics) Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions. Lead solution architecture discussions and ensure adherence to governance and security standards. Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems (e.g., APIs, Azure services, SharePoint, Dynamics 365). Drive performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability of applications. Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and governance frameworks. Mentor and guide junior developers and team members. Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT teams to ensure successful delivery. Conduct code reviews, solution audits, and technical assessments. Qualifications Minimum 7+ years of experience working across the Microsoft Power Platform. Required Skills Power Automate (workflow automation, RPA, integrations) Strong understanding of: Microsoft Dataverse API integrations and connectors Experience in end-to-end solution delivery, from design to deployment. Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance. Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL concepts. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
