This role requires a senior leader capable of managing complex programs, coordinating with high-level stakeholders, and driving execution across technical and operational domains.The Program Manager will be responsible for full lifecycle program management, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery of Cyber Range or IT/OT-related initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead planning and execution of large-scale enterprise technology programsOversee program scope, schedule, cost, and performance metricsInterface with senior DoD leadership and stakeholdersManage and mitigate program risks and issuesEnsure programs align with mission objectives and operational requirementsProvide oversight of Cyber Range or IT/OT technology program operationsCoordinate cross-functional teams across technical and operational areasMaintain awareness of supporting platforms, infrastructure, and hardware systemsRequirementsEducationMaster's degree in Program Management, Project Management, Business Management, Economics, or related discipline OR equivalent experience in lieu of degreeCertificationsOne of the following (or equivalent): Project Management Professional (PMP)Program Management Professional (PgMP)DAU Level III Program Management CertificationExperienceMinimum of 10 years of program management experience or equivalent senior-level DoD/Defense Industry experienceExperience working directly with senior DoD personnel and leadershipSenior-level experience includes: Military Field Grade Officer or aboveSenior NCO (E?8 or above), orDoD Civilian at GS?13 or higherExperience managing enterprise-level technology programsMinimum of 2–5 years managing Cyber Range or IT/OT programsStrong experience in complex, mission-driven environmentsDesired SkillsStrong leadership and decision-making capabilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environmentsDeep understanding of DoD program structures and processesExperience with technical program execution and infrastructure environmentsSecurity ClearanceActive Top Secret (TS) / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) requiredEmployee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position.
