What You'll Do

• Train directly under experienced managers to learn every part of our operation

• Lead by example —greet customers with enthusiasm and ensure each visit exceeds expectations

• Oversee daily operations , including inventory, site cleanliness, and minor maintenance

• Manage open/close procedures and ensure safety and efficiency on-site

• Promote memberships and drive customer loyalty through excellent service and communication

• Work hands-on with the team —keep the wash running smoothly and jump in wherever needed

What We're Looking For

• Strong leadership potential —ready to take initiative and learn fast

• Friendly, customer-first attitude with great communication skills

• Reliable and comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment

• Availability to work weekends (rotating schedule)

• Prior supervisory or team leader experience in retail, restaurant, or service industry is a plus
