Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

HealthYes Staffing Network is recruiting Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists for a permanent opportunity with an established hospital-based anesthesia program in Central Michigan's Great Lakes Bay Region.

Compensation Highlights

• $390,000 base salary

The $390,000 figure assumes receipt of the full annual retention bonus and commencement bonus. Final compensation and bonus eligibility will be confirmed during the interview process.

Clinical Scope

The anesthesia program supports a diverse range of cases, including:

• General surgery
• Orthopedic surgery
• Neurological procedures
• Cardiac cases
• Gastrointestinal and endoscopic procedures
• Regional anesthesia
• Peripheral nerve blocks
• Arterial-line placement
• Monitored anesthesia care

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments
• Develop individualized anesthesia plans
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
• Manage airways and monitor patients throughout the perioperative process
• Perform peripheral nerve blocks and other applicable regional techniques
• Place arterial lines when clinically appropriate
• Respond to changes in patients' physiological conditions
• Support postoperative recovery and pain management
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and procedural teams
• Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in assigned call coverage
• Follow applicable quality, safety, and regulatory standards

Eligible first-call and designated late-shift coverage receive additional hourly compensation. Specific scheduling and call expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nurse-anesthesia program
• NBCRNA certified or eligible
• Eligible for Michigan RN and CRNA licensure
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong airway-management and clinical decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively within an anesthesia care-team model
• Experienced CRNAs and new graduates are encouraged to apply
