We are seeking passionate and dedicated Infant teacher, Preschool & PreK floater, Afternoon Floater, and School Age support staff to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for children, supporting their growth and development through engaging activities and attentive care. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire young children to explore, learn, and flourish during their most formative years. Duties

• Provide attentive supervision and care for infants and children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
• Design and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and physical development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and daily experiences
• Follow all health and safety protocols
• Support infants and children with routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, sensory activities, structured learning, and other tasks as assigned.
• Collaborate with team members to develop individualized care plans that meet each child's unique needs

Education

• High school diploma required
• CDA or Associate's degree in ECE or related field preferred

Experience

• 2 years prior experience working with infants and children in a daycare center or early childhood education setting is highly preferred
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and child supervision best practices
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and children
