As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the front‑line face, helping customers select AT&T devices and services that suit them best. Guide customers through the transaction process professionally, building strong relationships. Attain and exceed sales goals by using AT&T sales training, executing outbound sales activities, and mastering AT&T promotions. Maintain store appearance so customers feel welcome and can easily negotiate our showroom. Perform additional tasks and duties expected of a Retail Sales Associate. Qualifications Experience in retail or wireless retail sales is beneficial; AT&T experience highly desirable. Bilingual in Spanish and English. Strong communication, math, and computer skills. Availability for retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Supportive team player. Physical ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
