RN Registered Nurse Critical Care PRN

Overview Rehabilitation and Critical Care Hospital of the Black Hills, located in Rapid City, South Dakota, is a newly opened facility that provides 36 inpatient medical rehabilitation beds and 18 long‑term acute care beds. We are looking for Critical Care Registered Nurses to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities As an RN, you will develop, implement, evaluate, and revise a patient‑care plan for assigned patients and their families, while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Healthcare. Your duties include direct patient care and the delegation and supervision of all nursing care in compliance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. You will demonstrate clinical competence, manage patient care, improve quality of care, establish professional relationships, and develop clinical expertise per specialty. Required Qualifications Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment. Current BLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor. Current ACLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor, required within six (6) months of hire. Additional Qualifications/Skills Previous acute‑care experience is strongly preferred. Ability to project a professional image. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills. Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant. Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
