Employment Information
- Location: Santa Barbara
- Part-Time & Full-Time: $20.25 / hour
- Mileage reimbursement
- $10/month cell phone stipend
- Flexible shifts ranging from morning, evening, and overnight shifts

Your Responsibilities
- Support participants with daily living skills such as cleaning, cooking, and budgeting
- Encourage and model independence, hobbies, and social activities
- Assist participants access and participate in community activities
- Assist with personal care such as medication support, hygiene and bathing (lifting / transferring may be required)
- Collaborate Person-Centered Care planning with participant
- Record progress of care plan
Who We're Looking For
- Someone who is compassionate with a person-centered mindset
- Someone who is capable of communication with dignity and respect, especially during challenging moments
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Responsible, and can assist in goal progress tracking
- CPR / First Aid certification (Training will be provided if you're not certified or need to be recertified)
- Weekend Availability (Is a plus but not required)
