College Football Podcast Host / On-Air Personality (Remote)

Fan Arch

About Fan Arch Sports

Fan Arch Sports is a YouTube-first sports podcast network with 100+ daily team shows and 1M+ monthly YouTube views. We give passionate fans a platform to build an audience covering the team they live and breathe. Our production team handles uploading, thumbnails, scheduling, and distribution to YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts. You focus on the show.

We're expanding our college football slate and hiring experienced daily podcast hosts for these programs:

Texas · Tennessee · LSU · Penn State · Oklahoma · USC · Texas A&M · Oregon · Miami · Auburn · Michigan State · Kentucky · Indiana · North Carolina · Wisconsin · Clemson · Duke · Washington · Arkansas · Iowa · Ole Miss · South Carolina · Colorado · West Virginia · Louisville · Texas Tech · BYU · Arizona · UConn · Iowa State · Oklahoma State · Kansas State · Virginia Tech · Purdue · Utah · NC State · Mississippi State · Arizona State · Pittsburgh

What you'll do

Host a daily video podcast on your program: game recaps and previews, recruiting, the transfer portal, NIL, coaching news, and fan reaction
Record and deliver a polished episode every day, through the season and the offseason
Build a loyal community of fans on your program's channel
Bring opinions, energy, and real college football knowledge to every episode

What we're looking for

3+ years of podcasting experience with a track record of consistent episodes
Deep knowledge of your program and college football. You already follow every game, commitment, and portal move.
Comfortable on camera and able to talk confidently for 10+ minutes without a script
Reliable and consistent. Daily shows win on consistency.
Your own professional recording setup (quality mic, camera, and a quiet space)

Why Fan Arch

100% remote with a flexible recording schedule
Built-in distribution across YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts
We handle production, thumbnails, and publishing
Ongoing team show, not a short-term gig
Commission-based role. Your earnings grow as your show grows.

How to apply

Apply here on LinkedIn with links to your existing podcast and on-camera work, and let us know which program you want to cover. Applications without a podcast portfolio won't be considered.
