Position Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing a wide range of eye conditions and performing routine and surgical procedures. This position offers clinical autonomy, collaboration with an experienced team, flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, and a potential partnership track.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and deliver accurate diagnoses
• Manage common eye diseases including cataracts, glaucoma, and diabetic retinopathy
• Perform cataract surgeries and other standard ophthalmic procedures
• Educate patients on treatment plans, post-operative care, and preventive health
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Ophthalmology
• Valid California medical license
• Strong clinical and surgical skills
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities
