AI Agent Platform Engineer

Salary: $90,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

• We bring 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• We have demonstrated the ability to build and support production-ready software with clean modular boundaries, such as separate services for parsing, business logic, and reporting.
• We are proficient in at least two major programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java, and we have hands-on experience with SQL databases.
• We have practical experience working in live, non-simulated environments and managing multi-step system interactions.
• We have exceptional attention to detail and can deliver concise, high-signal technical feedback on sophisticated system behavior.
• We ideally have experience designing multi-stage coordination workflows where information gathering leads to thoughtful outputs.
• We are comfortable integrating agents with live tools such as Supabase, Gmail, and other APIs to solve practical problems.
• We understand how to implement persistent state and session tracking using MEMORY.md to monitor agent progress.
• We can spot subtle issues such as privacy leaks, authority escalation, or indirect prompt injection attempts.

• We help train advanced generative systems by providing human feedback that improves AI agent performance.
• We contribute to the development of proactive, multi-step agents by supporting their training on real-world orchestration tasks.
• We assist with designing, coordinating, and refining complex architectural workflows for leading AI organizations.
• We evaluate system behavior in live environments and provide detailed feedback on how agents handle multi-turn interactions.
• We identify and report nuanced failures, including security, privacy, and instruction-following issues.
• We support the creation of modular, production-grade solutions that separate parsing, processing, and reporting functions.
• We collaborate on tasks that require data collection, reasoning, and well-structured output generation.
• We work closely with our team to improve the reliability, quality, and effectiveness of autonomous agent systems.
