Job Details Qualified candidates must be licensed to practice in Virginia and have at least 5 -10 years of experience in corporate transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions and general corporate representation. Tax experience is a plus. In addition, candidates should have strong drafting and negotiating skills and be accustomed to managing deals independently.
