About the Role:
Cuts Steakhouse is looking for a skilled Broiler Chef / Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage the broiler station during high-volume service periods
• Prepare and cook proteins, vegetables, and other menu items to recipe specifications
• Maintain proper food temperatures, cook times, and plating standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely ticket execution
• Monitor and rotate stock, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health codes
• Assist with prep work, mise en place, and end-of-shift breakdown and cleaning

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a line cook, broiler cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred
• Solid understanding of broiling techniques, temperature control, and protein cookery
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
• Strong knife skills and general culinary knowledge
• Food Handler's Certification or ServSafe certification a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
