Epic Bridges Analyst
$95 - $102 per hourIDR Healthcare
IDR is seeking an Epic Bridges Analyst. The role involves supporting healthcare interface and API initiatives with Epic EHR in a remote setting. The position combines hands-on work with collaboration across technical and operational teams to deliver integration solutions, maintain existing interfaces, and support testing and implementation activities.
Position Overview for the Epic Bridges Analyst:
- Participate in interface and API implementation efforts across multiple initiatives.
- Provide production support, issue investigation, and maintenance activities for existing integrations with Epic.
- Collaborate with application, technical, and operational teams to deliver integration solutions.
- Support testing, workflow analysis, and coordination of integration activities.
- Assist in managing backlog items and maintaining service responsiveness.
- 1+ years of experience supporting healthcare interfaces (HL7), APIs, or enterprise system integrations engines (e.g., Cloverleaf, ESB).

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and operational support.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Epic Bridges certification and FHIR Badge are required.
- Any other Epic certifications are a plus.
