Job Overview A law firm seeks a Technical Advisor to join the Patent Prosecution and Litigation Practice Group on the Electrical Engineering and Software Team in Raleigh, NC. Duties Assist in drafting and prosecuting patent applications. Collaborate with attorneys on patent litigation matters. Conduct technical research and analysis related to 5G, 6G, and 3GPP standards. Support the team with technical expertise in electrical engineering and software. Requirements 1-6 years of experience in a related field. Background in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar. Experience with wireless communication standards is preferred. Strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent academic credentials. Strong organizational and analytical abilities. Education Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field. Skills Proficiency in patent drafting and prosecution. Technical expertise in electrical engineering and software. Ability to conduct detailed technical research.
