As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed07:00 AM - 07:00 PMThur07:00 AM - 07:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, shipping and receiving areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, contractors, and vehicles in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as required. Document patrols, incidents, observations, and shift activities accurately and provide clear handoff information to Allied Universal leadership and oncoming personnel. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. A Guard Card/License is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
