Our sales team is in many ways the face of Apple to our largest looking for a Learning Experience Designer to join the WW Sales Learning u0026 Development this role youll design and develop high-impact learning experiences that build capability across Apples global sales organization from individual contributors through senior leaders. Youll partner closely with program leads and subject matter experts to translate business needs into engaging scalable development solutions.

In this role you will focus on:nn- Design u0026 Development: Create learner-centered experiences across multiple modalities (instructor-led virtual self-paced blended) that are immediately applicable in role and aligned to business priorities.n- Learning Strategy u0026 Content Development: Partner with program leads to define learning objectives and scope deliverables that address real performance development opportunities. Develop content architectures facilitator guides participant materials and multimedia assets for both new and existing programs - including leadership development curricula.n- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rapidly gather information refine objectives and produce content thats relevant and high-quality in a fast-paced environment.n- Evaluation u0026 Iteration: Build measurement strategies (Kirkpatrick or similar) into program design from the start. Use participant feedback engagement data and business outcomes to continuously improve.n- Scalability u0026 Optimization: Design with a global mindset - creating modular adaptable content that works across regions cultures and delivery formats. Identify opportunities to increase scale automate workflows and improve efficiencies.n- AI u0026 Emerging Learning Technologies: Explore and integrate AI-driven tools adaptive learning platforms and other emerging technologies to create smarter more personalized learning experiences. Bring a forward-thinking mindset to how technology can accelerate capability building across the sales organization.n- Innovation: Stay current on adult learning theory and instructional design trends. Bring forward ideas that raise the bar on how we develop talent at scale.n- Apple Brand Standards: Apply Apple standards to produce deliverables in the conversational intelligent and elegant style that reflects the Apple brand.

Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of related degree in Instructional Design Learning Sciences Organizational Development Education related field or equivalent experience. nBackground in instructional design training facilitation sales enablement and/or similar portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design of learning programs across multiple of adult learning principles competency-based development and evidence-based design of channel sales including strategies and processes required to scale and evolve impactful training designing for leadership or professional development communication presentation and storytelling skills - able to distill complex topics into clear engaging to craft value propositions for training programs and articulate vision across various collaboration and relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish trust credibility and influence across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps resilience to manage ambiguity and drive to create in: Keynote LMS/CMS management graphic design apps (Photoshop/Illustrator) Final Cut Pro HTML/CSS editing and creation.

8 years of related degree is a plus but not required - we value demonstrated skill and impact over with competency frameworks (e.g. Korn Ferry Leadership Architect or similar).nExperience with or strong interest in AI-powered learning tools adaptive learning or applying emerging technologies to instructional design.
