NOW HIRING: Part-Time HVAC Maintenance Technician
Oxford, MS 38655
We're hiring a Part-Time HVAC Maintenance Technician to start ASAP!
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Requirements:
- MUST have apartment maintenance experience
- EPA Certification required
- HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
- Reliable transportation
- Own basic tools preferred
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
- Complete work orders in a timely manner
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Assist with general apartment maintenance as needed
- Ensure apartments and common areas are maintained to company standards
