Restaurant Assistant Manager

Description The Legacy Grille at Cragun's Resort is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-service oriented Assistant Restaurant Manager! This role helps ensure excellent customer service, smooth staff operations, and compliance with food safety and company standards while creating a welcoming experience for members, golfers, and guests! Key Responsibilities Assist in supervising daily restaurant and bar operations Support hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction Help manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and deposits Help monitor inventory levels for the turn station and beverage carts, ensuring products are properly stocked, rotated, and available throughout the day; communicate restocking needs and assist with ordering to prevent shortages. Assist with the operational aspects of banquets and golf tournaments, including setup, staffing coordination, service execution, and breakdown.
