About the Position

Medix has partnered with a premier healthcare facility to find a dedicated Sleep Tech (RPSGT) for a high-impact travel assignment in Cresco. As a trusted healthcare clinician, you will play a crucial role in conducting diagnostic sleep studies while delivering compassionate patient care. In this role, you will work independently conducting and scoring adult sleep studies using Nox equipment and Epic EMR, working night shifts in 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratios. Schedule Details Work Week: Three 12-hour Night shifts per week (7:00/8:00 PM – 7:00/8:00 AM; at least 1 weekend per month) Shift Hours: 12 hours per shift (36 hours per week). Responsibilities • Conduct overnight adult diagnostic sleep studies independently maintaining a 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratio. • Perform comprehensive sleep study scoring using Nox diagnostic equipment. • Document patient records, study data, and scoring findings accurately in Epic EMR.

Requirements

• RPSGT Certification (Registered Polysomnographic Technologist)
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications
• Demonstrated ability to perform sleep study scoring independently
