Live-In Caregiver

Caregiver Training & Family Support Coordinator — NJ DDD In Good Company provides home- and community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout New Jersey. We're hiring a field-based team member who will become the go-to person for the families and caregivers we support — training them, walking them through certifications, and making sure they feel confident and supported from day one. What You'll Do Travel to family homes across NJ to train and onboard family-hired caregivers (CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, CMT, PBS) Walk families through onboarding paperwork and required certifications, start to finish Be the person caregivers call when they have questions about DDD requirements and expectations Maintain accurate training and certification records Provide after-hours on-call support for urgent caregiver or staffing issues You'll also help grow our referral network by building relationships with Support Coordinators and representing In Good Company at community and DDD events — a smaller part of the role that grows or shrinks depending on where the agency is at. What We're Looking For Prior experience with NJ DDD required Comfortable traveling extensively throughout NJ Warm, patient, and confident working one-on-one with families Organized and reliable — you'll be managing your own schedule and records CPR/First Aid instructor certification a plus (training provided if you're not currently certified) Details Full-time, salaried, field-based out of Lakewood, NJ Mileage reimbursed for all travel Required certifications reimbursed with prior approval This is an early hire with real room to grow as In Good Company expands. #J-18808-Ljbffr
