Quality ManagerThis position requires an active Secret clearance.The Quality Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all quality assurance and quality control activities in support of USCIS operations at the National Records Center (NRC) or the Harrisonburg File Storage Facility (HBG FSF). This role provides on-site leadership for quality auditors and tutors, ensures compliance with Government regulations, policies, and internal procedures, and supports continuous process improvement across all task areas. The Quality Manager monitors performance metrics, identifies risks and trends, and implements corrective actions to maintain service quality and contractual compliance.Compensation & Benefits:Estimated Starting Salary Range for Quality Manager : (Pay commensurate with experience)Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.Quality Manager Responsibilities Include:The Quality Manager shall be onsite at the requested office location at USCIS National Records Center (NRC) or USCIS Harrisonburg File Storage Facility (HBG FSF), as appropriate, and be responsible for all Quality activities within task areas.The Quality Manager will lead a team of quality auditors and tutors to perform all audit and training functions. Travel will not be paid for by USCIS.Performs other job-related duties as assignedQuality Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:At a minimum, must have three (3) years of experience in managing quality control operations.
