Compensation: $23–$25/hour depending on experience What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be one of the go-to people helping support employee experience inside our busy 24/7 Emergency & Specialty hospital in San Marcos. Creating warm, welcoming onboarding experiences for new hires Planning team events, celebrations, appreciation weeks, and morale boosters Assisting with recruiting support staff including phone screens and hospital tours Helping organize trainings, town halls, and employee engagement initiatives Creating fun monthly newsletters and internal communications Supporting day-to-day operations and compliance tasks Being a friendly resource for employees and helping foster a positive culture Basically… you help create the energy people feel when they walk through our doors.
