Job Description Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing MEP construction projects to ensure timely and successful completion. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to align project goals and timelines. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior project managers and stakeholders. Review and ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. Support the procurement process by sourcing and managing materials and equipment as needed. Assist in maintaining project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any on-site issues promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve project challenges efficiently. The Successful Applicant A solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the construction field. Strong organizational and project management skills to support various aspects of construction projects. Effective communication abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms for project tracking and documentation. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address challenges on-site and during planning phases.
