Industrial Architect – Las Vegas Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives. Create detailed design plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Select appropriate materials and finishes for each project based on budget, function and aesthetics. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations and other relevant standards. Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials and labor. Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans and specifications. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project milestones and address any concerns or changes in scope. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial architecture. Strong proficiency in CAD software. Extensive knowledge of building codes, materials and construction methods. Excellent communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Compensation and Location Full‑time position based in LasVegas. Salary: $1100 per month.
