REHAB DIRECTOR (PTA OR OTA) – FULL-TIME

Concept Rehab is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to lead our rehabilitation department as a Full-Time Rehab Director in beautiful Traverse City, Michigan .

What You'll Do

• Lead the daily operations of the rehabilitation department.
• Supervise and support a team of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy professionals.
• Partner with facility leadership to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and company regulations.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, quality measures, and departmental performance.
• Mentor clinicians while fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.
• Build strong relationships with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Promote outstanding customer service and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan PTA or OTA license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, long-term care, or geriatric therapy preferred.
• Previous leadership experience is a plus, but we welcome clinicians ready to grow into a management role.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Passion for providing high-quality rehabilitation services.
