Key Responsibilities
● Develop and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship management
● Conduct needs-based conversations to identify appropriate insurance and financial services solutions
● Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and service
● Schedule appointments, generate quotes, and guide prospective clients through the sales process
● Collaborate with agency leadership to execute growth and marketing initiatives

Qualifications
