Position: Assistant Hotel Manager
Shift: Full-time, Monday-Sunday flexibility, mainly afternoon/evening shifts
Pay: Based on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
- Assist in hiring, training, developing, and leading your team to achieve budgeted revenues and profitability
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance)
- Communicate clear expectations to associates and resolve guest complaints promptly
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
