Rehabilitation Director - Lead SNF Therapy & Outcomes

Goldwater Care Pontiac in Illinois is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead our in-house therapy program at a 90-bed skilled nursing facility. You will oversee day-to-day therapy operations and partner with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality resident care.
The DOR will manage schedules, supervise staff, maintain a partial clinical caseload, and coordinate with residents and families. Illinois licensure and CPR are required, with SNF leadership experience preferred.
