Technology Product Manager

Owning the strategy and roadmap for key technology products, the full-time remote Technology Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams to define and deliver solutions that enhance the insurance brokerage lifecycle, utilizing data-driven decision-making and modern product management practices. Key responsibilities Define and refine the vision, strategy, and measurable objectives for assigned products in alignment with the brokerage strategy Lead structured discovery to understand user needs and translate them into actionable product insights and user stories Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Operations to prioritize the product backlog and ensure adherence to technical standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business, or a related field; or equivalent experience 4-6 years of experience in product management or related roles, with ownership of roadmaps and backlogs for business applications or SaaS products Experience with technology products in insurance or financial services preferred Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and related tools Familiarity with product management frameworks from accredited programs is preferred
