Senior CNC Machinist

Sr. CNC Operator El Monte, CA 3rd shift - 10:30PM - 6:00AM $28 - $34 / hourly Seeking an experienced Sr. CNC Operator to set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC mills and lathes while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines. Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements. Load programs, adjust machine settings, and perform tool changes. Monitor machining operations and inspect parts to ensure compliance with specifications. Troubleshoot machining issues, make program offsets/edits, and replace worn tooling as needed. Measure finished workpieces using precision inspection tools. Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend machining best practices. Assist and support CNC operators and programmers. Follow all quality, safety, and ISO procedures. Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of CNC machining experience with 3-, 4-, or 5-axis equipment. Strong understanding of blueprints, GD&T, and CNC programming concepts. Ability to use computer-based manufacturing software. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to understand complex manufacturing processes. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. ITAR Requirement: This position requires access to export-controlled information.
