Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager to lead and optimize our daily business activities. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the overall operational functions, drive process improvements, and ensure the achievement of organizational goals. Your leadership will inspire teams, foster business development opportunities, and maintain a focus on profitability and efficiency. Duties

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability across departments
• Lead, motivate, and supervise teams to achieve performance targets while fostering a positive work environment
• Oversee profit & loss statements, ensuring financial health through effective cost management and revenue growth strategies
• Manage business development initiatives to expand market presence and build strong client relationships
• Coordinate project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of initiatives aligned with company objectives
• Drive process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing innovative solutions
• Supervise daily operations, including resource allocation, staff scheduling, and compliance with company policies

Skills

• Proven management experience with a strong track record in leading teams and driving results
• Expertise in strategic planning with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
• Demonstrated leadership skills that inspire collaboration, accountability, and high performance
• Solid understanding of profit & loss management to optimize financial outcomes
• Experience supervising staff across multiple functions with excellent interpersonal skills
• Business development acumen to identify growth opportunities and expand customer base
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus
• Effective sales skills to promote products/services and negotiate beneficial agreements
