In addition, customer relations support for customers and internal customers. This position also is responsible for incoming and outgoing calls related to the job responsibilities. Other duties as assigned related to the operation of the Center for Excellence. Provide administrative support for CEO, including support for missions and the Starkey Hearing Foundation. Support Mission Order Production Support Mission Product Supplies Answer phones for the department, can’t ring more than 3 times. Make and confirm appointments. Open and distribute mail Order hearing aids and supplies for customers Design hearing aid orders according to specifications Support Production for CFE Handle Shipping for CFE Support Specialty Earmolds and Products for CFE Enter repairs and remakes into system Enter final programming information Answer customer questions and direct calls to appropriate individuals Provide customer relations support in gathering for CEO, CFE manager or Designer. Support for Order Information and warranties Support redesign of CFE orders Other duties/responsibilities as assigned Job Requirements Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements Education High school degree or equivalent required, computer classes a plus Experience Minimum 6 months administrative and fast pace sales experience required Setting appointments Knowledge / Technical Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Manufacturing Suite Oracle Sycle net Switchboard/Phone System Excellent written and verbal communication skills required Ability to work well with people required Ability to work flexible hours, i.e. some evenings and Saturdays Excellent grammatical skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects Strong organizational skills Work Context Working Conditions Standard Office Conditions Travel about 10-15% Equipment Operation Standard office equipment Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $20.36 - $31.30 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
