Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Anticipated schedule is Tuesday-Thursday. The Scribe will work various days and shifts every week. This is a part-time "as needed" position, working based on clinic needs - flexibility is required.


We're looking for a Medical Scribe to join the team at our Ophthalmology Cataract & Refractive Surgery clinic. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Documenting patient history, review of systems, physical exam findings, progress notes, and procedure notes in real-time
• Supporting follow-up documentation related to lab results, diagnostics, consults, and patient care plans
• Ensuring medical record documentation is complete and assisting physicians with encounter closure
• Monitoring documentation workflows and returning incomplete charts to physicians for review
• Support record keeping: abstracting, scanning, and cataloging into the EMR
• Assist with research publications
• Provide general clerical support

Salary Range: $25.66-25.66 Hourly

Required:
